In case we have more than expected happiness to be delivered, there could be a little delay in transit of delivery, please bear with us. We are only working to make sure the next time you're walking in a "There!" those compliments don't stop flowing for you. In any case, in time of such a scenario our very chirpy customer experience team will call you to let you know of the same. To ensure delivery on time, we urge our friends to purchase on a prepaid basis. It helps our delivery partners increase their efficiency as well and you are greeted with your box in time. If due to any reason unknown to 'THERE!' you receive damaged happiness, please do write to us immediately on receipt. We are more than welcoming to receive images showcasing the damage. It will only help our quality team to address your grievances quicker. Any THERE! items being made on Pre Order - we will need 15 - 20 working days to ship out the order from our end. Timelines may vary. Any THERE! being made on special requests - We will need 15 - 25 working days to ship it out from our end. Timelines may vary. International shipping takes 15 - 20 days to be delivered after the order is placed on our website as we use third party logistics to ship your boxes of happiness to you. We would love to spread happiness to each and everyone of you, but sometimes it becomes difficult to deliver in case of the below mentioned scenarios, so we insist you do your best while letting us know where you want to receive "THERE!" - Address incomplete, illegal, incorrect or cannot be located. You refuse or cancel your order on delivery. You Refuse to pay the COD Amount. Because we shouldn't run after something that doesn't want to be found or accepted, our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. The first one will be attempted without a call and incase of non delivery, you will receive a call from an unknown number, we hope you do take time out to answer their call and ease them from the heat and other weather conditions they have signed up to deliver you happiness

We accept returns within 36 hours of order receipt by customers, respective of the quality check performed before final acceptance of product return. Unless otherwise purchased on sale, not applicable on items purchased on sale. Product/s being returned / sent for exchange must be in their original condition, unwashed. The packaging and tagging should be as received. Products without THERE! packaging bags & tags will not be accepted. Any Defect in product, cost to be borne by the customer.
